ATISO recognizes most African countries have huge potential and priority for agriculture-led economic growth. Therefore, we bring expertise to significant improvement in agriculture productivity growth by introducing effective modern methods of farming. These modern methods are important to be adapted due to the expected growth of food demand as noted by the United Nation Food and Agriculture Organization which predicts that global food production will double by 2050 and 70 percent of world's additional food needs can be produced only by adapting new agriculture technologies. ATISO brings experts in green house farming using the following methods:

Hydroponic is a method of growing plants using mineral nutrient solutions, in water, without soil. There are several variations of hydroponic, therefore, we evaluate clients needs before recommending the system to be implemented.

The system we use combines conversional fish aquaculture with hydroponics (cultivating plants in water) inagreen-house environment. The system has two parts: the aquaculture part for raising fish and the hydroponics part for growing plants. We typically work with client to implement the system based on client's goal of fish and plants productivity.
